Day 1

Arrive at Campo Grande International Airport, where you will be welcomed and assisted with your onward transfer to Baía das Pedras Ranch, beginning your Pantanal adventure.

Upon arrival, check in at your accommodation and settle into the peaceful surroundings of this extraordinary wetland region. Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure or participate in an available activity, depending on your arrival time and local conditions.

Day 2

Spend the day discovering the diverse landscapes and wildlife surrounding Baía das Pedras Ranch.

Choose from activities such as a Jeep Photo Safari, guided hiking, horseback riding or canoeing. Each experience offers a different perspective of the Pantanal's forests, floodplains, waterways and abundant wildlife.

After sunset, you may experience a Pantanal Wildlife Night Tour, using a powerful spotlight to search for caimans and other nocturnal animals beneath the remarkable Pantanal night sky.

Day 3

Continue exploring the Pantanal with your choice of available ranch activities.

Take to the trails with an experienced guide in search of native birds and wildlife, explore the wetlands on horseback, enjoy a peaceful canoe excursion, or venture further into the landscape aboard a specially adapted 4x4 safari vehicle.

Activities are arranged according to weather, environmental conditions and local wildlife movements.

Day 4

After breakfast, depart Baía das Pedras aboard a private aircraft to Aquidauana.

On arrival, continue by private vehicle to Pousada Aguapé, where another distinctive Pantanal experience awaits.

Check in and enjoy the lodge's natural surroundings before beginning the next part of your wildlife programme.

Day 5

Spend the day experiencing the wildlife and landscapes surrounding Pousada Aguapé.

Depending on conditions and your preferences, activities may include a Jeep Photo Safari, nature walk, canoeing, horseback riding or a Pantanal night wildlife experience.

The area's varied habitats provide opportunities to observe an impressive range of birdlife and animals such as capybaras, deer, coatis, peccaries and anteaters.

Day 6

Enjoy another full day immersed in the Pantanal.

Explore quiet waterways by canoe, venture through the ranch on horseback, join an experienced guide for a wildlife walk, or head out by 4x4 in search of the region's remarkable fauna.

Available activities and departure times are determined locally according to weather, environmental conditions and wildlife activity.

Day 7

Enjoy breakfast at the lodge before leaving the Pantanal.

Travel by private vehicle from Pousada Aguapé to Campo Grande and check in to your hotel

Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure following your Pantanal adventure.

Day 8

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out by 12:00 noon.

At the scheduled time, take your private transfer to Campo Grande International Airport for your onward flight.

PANTANAL EXPERIENCES

Jeep Photo Safari

Explore remote areas of the Pantanal aboard a specially adapted 4x4 vehicle, providing excellent opportunities for wildlife observation and photography. Safaris generally last approximately 2–3 hours.

Guided Nature Walk

Discover the Pantanal on foot with an experienced local guide. Trails pass through forests, savannah, floodplains and other habitats while offering opportunities to observe birds and native wildlife.

Horseback Riding

Experience the wetlands aboard the hardy Pantaneiro horse, traditionally bred for life in this unique environment. Ride through open fields, forests and wetland landscapes while learning about traditional ranch life.

Canoeing

Explore the Pantanal's peaceful waterways by canoe, offering a quiet way to observe birds, caimans and other wildlife along the banks and wetlands.

Wildlife Night Tour

Discover the Pantanal after dark by 4x4 or boat, depending on local conditions. A powerful spotlight is used to locate nocturnal wildlife such as caimans, owls and other animals active after sunset.
