Once the payment has been made, you will receive an email from us with ALL the requirements. When all the documents are complete, the visa will be applied on the same day.
Step 3 - Confirmation of Your Visa

If your visa has been granted, you will receive your Visa Grant through email.

If you are in Melbourne you can come to our office to apply for the visa. Please MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE COMING! All applications made in person will attract an AUD $50.00 fee.

If you are not in Melbourne you will have to send your documents to our office. We suggest you use a trusted courier service.

VACCINATION
It is recommended to get vaccinated against Yellow Fever at least 10 days before traveling to certain places in Brazil You may be asked to provide proof of vaccination when returning to Australia.
