THE FALL TOURS
Brazil Falls Full day tour
The Iguassu (Brazilian side) National Park has an area of 185,000 hectares, arriving at the Visitor Centre, is entered by the Portal Access individually, where the capacity of the park is controlled. Then a coach that starts the walk in the park and lead to the beginning of the runways whose route is 1,200 meters path on the Iguazu River Canyon addressed. At this point start of the route has a panoramic view of Argentine jumps scenario for taking pictures. Advancing the tour, the Iguazu River canyon is observed, the Salto Rivadavia and Three Musketeers, among others. Argentinean Falls tour Half day
Interpretation Centre of the Iguazu National Park and Exhibition Centre is reached.
From the Visitor Centre, we have the option of taking the train service that leads to the Falls Station approx. 8 minutes or use the Pedestrian Path “Green Path”, which come to the path that leads to the Upper and Lower Promenade.
Higher Walk: Travel gateways, which are elevated above the ground surface in order not to impede the passage or chase wildlife that inhabits our Forest. In this circuit, you can see the falls from the top of the falls, appreciating the magnificence of them from a panoramic view.
Lower Walk:Walk through the gateway, also elevated above the ground surface, taking the view from the foot of the saltos. Garganta Del Diablo: Leaving from Cataratas Station, the train will take us to the Garganta Station. Then walk along the catwalks, about 1,200 meters to delight with spectacular balcony hop growing importance of the fall, Devil’s Throat. Return to your hotel. Overnight in Iguacu. Free Night.

Itaipu Binacional – Power Plant
The world’s largest power plant in operation is impressive because of its size and exaggerated figures.
Besides the production of energy, Itaipu Binational completes the scenery with the spectacle, where one can watch the show formed by the waters of Parana river that flows over the spillway.
It was necessary 17 years to conclude the workmanship, and during the peak of the construction, more than 40.000 workers were hired. Itaipu has extension of 7.600 meters and
Capacity of generating 12.600 MK.
After the Dam work conclusion in October 1282, several structure gates were closed and thus started the reservoir filling. Itaipu artificial lake has an extension of 1350 Km and volume of 29 billion cubic meters. It is considered one of the largest artificial lakes in the world, wich offers several projects of environment development, biological refuges and program of sustainable development.
The promenade starts at the Itaipu Visitors Center where there is a documentary exhibition in Portuguese/Spanish/English of Itaipu history and the plant’s operation.
Itaipu can be visited daily. Duration: 1h30min.

Macuco Safari starts with a 3 km trail in a four – wheel drive eletric jeep, where bilingual guides provide information about Flora and Fauna of the Park, that allows the visitors to appreciate the wonderful view and feel in close contact with nature
After that, a 600 meters walking trail leads you to a small waterfall called “Salto do Macuco”
The last, but not least, the upstream boat tour towards the “Devil’s Throat” in a bimotor rubber boats, provides you with the most astoundingly beautiful scenery you’ve ever seen.
Inside the Iguassu National Park, Macuco Safari after arousing the curiosity of many ecologists from all over the world , is now one of the most visited spots around the falls due to its exuberant fauna and flora, protected since 1938..
Full time experienced tour guides ( in different languages) follows the tourist to give all the information needed. Later on the last 500 meters when is necessary to walk to the river side where people go on special inflated boats for a thirty minute ride inside the “ Canyon” , getting approximately 1 km far from the ““Devil’s Throat” , which is the most amazing sight of the majestic Cataratas ,where the Iguassu River borders with both National Parks , from Brazil and Argentina. There it is possible to have a full view of the whole panorama.
This sightseeing lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes and it is outdoors, so if it rains, it is impossible to enjoy the ride.

GREAT ADVENTURE TOUR
Our tour will start after the breakfast, around 09:00 am. The Great Adventure is a unique trip that combines the whole essence of the Iguassu National Park in one ride: the rainforest and the waterfalls. It starts by entering the jungle from the “Yacaratía” trail with a special transportation that allows a panoramic view of the environment along with experienced guides that provide information as well as the history of this spectacular place. After an 8 km (5 mi) truck ride, the vehicle arrives at Macuco Pier so as to board on motor-boats and go through the Canyon of the Iguassu River, towards the falls. After enjoying the view of the calm side of the San Martin Island the vessel will sail to The Three Musketeers waterfall. At that point, the Brazilian and Argentinean sides and the Devil’s Throat can be clearly appreciated. After that, the boat will sail along the shore of the island so as to get to the most exciting part facing the San Martin waterfall, a wonderful and unforgettable experience, for it’s the largest waterfall any motor-boat can approach safely. The end of this tour is at the base of the lower circuit where visitors go back to the trails. Overnight in Iguacu. Free Night
