LIMA CITY TOUR
Walking City Tour:
After breakfast, you will discover the history and traditions hidden in every corner of the capital of Peru. Your tour starts visiting the market of Surquillo where you can try some exotic fruits and vegetables grown in the country. Continuing the tour, you will see the downtown, stopping at El Cordano bar, a Lima institution since 1905. This old-world dining hall with swinging, “saloon-style” doors and it has received practically every Peruvian president for the last 100 years as a customer. From here, you will visit The Archbishop’s Palace; it was the residence of the Archbishop and the administrative headquarters of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Lima. The current building is considered a prime example of neo-colonial architectural that developed in Lima. Then, you will pass through The Jiron de la Union, a pedestrian street that for many years was one of the most important boulevards of the city. Afterwards, you will visit the Piscosour at El Bolivar Hotel that was declared an Historical monument in 1972. Finally, you will visit the modern part of Lima, passing through Huaca Huallamarca and ending in Miraflores with a pleasant 10-minute walk in the Malecon with a nice ocean view. Return to your Hotel. Culinary tour in Lima by night
At 17:00 hrs you will visit an upscale restaurant and lounge that sits right on the beach. With spectacular views of Lima’s coastline, Cala is a spot you won’t forget. Here, a professional bartender will share the secrets to making the perfect Pisco Sour so that you can impress your friends when you get back home. After this refreshing cocktail, you’ll be taken to an award-winning Amazonian restaurant. Ámaz has been recognized for its lively and inviting design as well as its culinary creations by winning in the category of Best New Restaurant in Peru at the Summum Awards in 2013. The next stop is a well-known classic among Lima locals, the prestigious Huaca Pucllana Restaurant, located within an archaeological complex with illuminated ruins dating back to 500 A.D. Here you will enjoy a selection of Peruvian dishes and another pisco-based cocktail. To wrap up the night, you’ll head to the bohemian Barranco district for dessert. Return to your hotel. CUZCO CITY TOUR
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Airport.
On arrival in Cuzco, you will be assisted and transferred to your selected Hotel.
Ruins Route:
In the afternoon, you will visit the impressive fortress of Sacsayhuaman, The Ruins of Kenko, Tambomachay, also known as the “Baños del Inca”, and Puka Pukara. Then, you will continue your tour visiting The Pisac Market where you will have opportunity to interact with farmers and even negotiate with sellers. The Lunch will be served at the restaurant Tunupa, a restaurant serving “Novoandina” cuisine. At the end of the day you will visit the Inca Fortress and Citadel of Ollantaytambo, it was built to guard the entrance to this part of the valley and protect it from possible invasion. Return to Hotel.
By night:
At night, around 19:00, you will dinner at “La Cava”, where some of the finest wines in the world are stored. You might try some of the Peruvian or South American wines, or even try one of the bottles from its collection of over a hundred labels of the most important wineries in the world. All the experience of the Chef and sommelier, and the richness of Peruvian food promises the most sublime and harmonious meal. Return to your hotel. Overnight in Sacred Valley.

ROUTE OF THE PLOTS
After breakfast, you will visit some crops and farms within the communities of Rumichaca and Palcaraqui where you will learn to identifying native products and their nutritional properties, uses and applications. You will meet the producers who will show you the ancestral agricultural techniques, irrigation systems, the agricultural calendar and rotation of crops. Then you will visit the Urubamba produce market. Afterwards, you will participate at a cooking class. During this experience, you are able to participate actively in the cooking process, guided by our chef and using our kitchen installations. Serving to you the meal prepared. Return to your hotel. You will have a free afternoon to explore Cuzco. Overnight in Sacred Valley. Free Night.

MACHU PICCHU TOUR
After breakfast, you will be guided to the citadel of Machu Picchu. You will take the road to Machu Picchu with a spectacular view of the Urubamba River and canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will astonish you with terraces, ceremonial shrines, steps and urban areas. You will be able to feel the Energy around this magic place. You will follow up the steps carved into the rock of the mountain and get in Intihuatana (“the highest point of the Sun”), which served as a solar calendar that regulates planting and harvesting, are tangible and concrete expression of the deep knowledge and technological advancement of the empire. CUZCO TOUR
Walking city tour:
In the afternoon, you will start a walking city tour. The journey starts at district of San Blas, with winding streets, whitewashed houses, blue balconies hung with geranium-filled flowerpots, uneven line of the tiled rooftops and the endless stairways. The neighborhood is known for being the home of folk artists of Cusco. For centuries, they have used their hands to tell the tale of their longings and frustrations working in stone and woodcarving, sculpture, doll-making, silverware, weaving and textile arts, gold-leaf, mask-making, and an array of ceramics in utilitarian, architectural, sculptural, monumental, and grotesque and many other styles. One of the most famous artists is Edilberto Merida. He looked to religion for his primary inspiration, but he moved away from traditional religious images, by making grotesque images with exaggerated features. It is a form of sculpture that has come to be known as “mud of protest.” His style is one of expressionism and has thus been referred to as Expressionism Indio. Then, you will visit the Pre-Columbian Art Museum, the only museum in Peru dedicated to rebound the arts of ancient Peruvian cultures. The collection of 450 master pieces dated from 1250 B.C to.1532 A.D. Continuing your tour, you will see the Cathedral, the Main Square, the Korikancha temple.
Pisco lessons & Opera dinner at Monasterio Hotel:
In the afternoon, you will learn the vibrant history and rich origins of Pisco. Then, you will taste a number of varieties as the barman prepares you a traditional Pisco Sour, Peru’s national drink. Later, you will enjoy a delicious three-course dinner in El Tupay Restaurant accompanied by a live opera show.
