AIRPORT PICK UP
Reception at the Airport, transfer to The Singular Hotel.
Free afternoon.
In the evening transfer to one of the most prestige restaurant in Santiago,
Sarita Colonia, this restaurant was founded about 15 years ago in Bellavista neighborhood. Short after the opening it became a “must” among the artistic scene and the Sarita Lovers begun to appear. After four years the Restaurant closed and the Sarita Widows started to claim the re-opening of the restaurant for the next 10 following years. Today, Gino Falcone and Jose Salkeld worked together with different artists and cookers in this new project creating this the current version of Sarita Colonia, a place where the kitsch madness and the maximalist express themselves to narrate different stories through its Travesty Peruvian Cuisine concept. www.saritacoloniarestoran.cl
Return to the hotel after dinner.

CITY TOUR
After breakfast we will start our tour around Santiago, where we will visit some highlights including the Museum of Pre-Columbian Art; La Moneda Palace, where the current seat of government is located; El Centro’s lively shops and street vendors; and San Cristobal Hill, where a panoramic view of the city and the snow-capped Andes awaits. Our tour will continue with a short visit to the trendy neighborhoods of Lastarria and Italia. Return to the Hotel and free afternoon.
In the evening we will visit the new dinner show De Pablo a Violeta. This place is a ‘dinner show’ combined with the unique flavors, music and theatre of Chile in an evening of innovative entertainment. Set in an old manor house in Barrio Bellavista, De Pablo a Violeta is inspired by a famous conversation between Nobel Prize winning poet Pablo Neruda, and the folk music Chilean composer, Violeta Parra. During the conversation they talked about opening a restaurant together. Pablo was to take care of the cuisine; Violeta would be responsible for the entertainment. We are sure they’d love this interpretation of the project they never managed to complete. The atmosphere is relaxed and interactive with guests moving from room to room, as if they are at a house party – only this one is directed by the distinguished Chilean actor Daniel Muñoz. De Pablo a Violeta is modern and fun, offering Chile’s entire cultural and culinary heritage in one night: from traditions of the Atacamenian people, passionate dances from Easter Island, and gauchos playing guitar while guests are served upscale Chilean cuisine alongside traditional favorites such as Chilean oysters, scallops and Patagonian lamb on the spit.
Return to the hotel after the show.

MATETIC WINERY AND CASABLANCA VALLEY
After breakfast, we will head to the west until we reach the Casablanca Valley, on the way we will stop for a visit to Casas del Bosque Winery.
Our journey will continue through the famous wine region until we reach the well named Viña Matetic and its Guest House: La Casona. LA CASONA, at Matetic is a typical, colonial, country home featuring seven stylish rooms. With over 100 years of history, in 2004 it was fully remodeled and beautifully decorated by the renowned Max Cummins. La Casona offers the perfect setting for a relaxing, unique holiday experience.During the afternoon you will enjoy a tour around the winery. Overnight at the Casona.

VALPARAISO
After breakfast we will head to Chile´s most popular coastal city, the famous colonial city of Valparaíso, an excellent example of late 19th-century urban and architectural development in Latin America. In its natural amphitheater-like setting, the city is characterized by a vernacular urban fabric adapted to the hillsides that are dotted with a great variety of church spires. It contrasts with the geometrical layout utilized in the plain. The city has well preserved its interesting early industrial infrastructures, such as the numerous ‘elevators’ on the steep hillsides.
During the day we will visit some of the highlights of this beautiful city.
In the afternoon return to La Casona Matetic.
