IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Airport Arrival
Arrive at the airport 3–4 hours before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in, security and formalities.

Flight Changes
Flight schedules are subject to change. We will advise you promptly of any changes communicated to us.

Passport & Travel Documents
Passports must generally be valid for at least 6 months prior to departure. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold all required passports, visas, permits and other travel documents and comply with applicable entry and transit requirements.

Hotel Check-In & Expenses
Hotel check-in is generally from 2:00–3:00 PM, with check-out by 11:00 AM–12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and possible charges. Personal hotel expenses must be settled directly with the hotel.

Transfers & Pick-Up Times
Transfers operate according to scheduled pick-up times. Please be at the hotel lobby or designated pick-up location, as advised, at least 10 minutes before departure. Missed transfers may need to be rearranged at the passenger's own expense.

Tours & Attractions
Tours operate according to scheduled itineraries and missed activities are generally non-refundable. Attractions may occasionally close or become unavailable; suitable alternatives will be arranged where possible.

Dietary Requirements
Please advise us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies and remind your guide, restaurant or meal provider locally.

Communication
Keep your mobile phone charged and accessible during your journey so you can receive important operational updates or contact assistance when required.

Weather & Operational Changes
Activities and itineraries may be modified due to weather, availability, operational requirements, force majeure or passenger safety considerations.

Walking & Physical Activity
Walking distances and conditions vary by destination. Some activities may involve extended walking, stairs or uneven surfaces. Passengers should consider their individual capabilities and wear comfortable, appropriate footwear.

Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to provide appropriate cover for unexpected changes, medical issues, cancellations, delays and other unforeseen circumstances.

Safety During Tours
Passengers must follow the guide's safety instructions and remain with the group during guided activities unless otherwise advised.

PICK-UP TIMES WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE GUIDE ONE DAY PRIOR TO SERVICE.
